At Flatwhyte, we want you to love your new white tee as much as we do. However, we understand that occasionally, things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Just follow the instructions below to return or exchange your item.
Please note the following before initiating a return:
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
- Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, but we will cover the cost of shipping your replacement item.
- All returns must be authorized via email before shipping.
- Please return items in their original Flatwhyte packaging.
If you no longer have the original packaging:

Contact Us: Email us at hello@flatwhyte.com or use our contact form with your return request and include your order number.

Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a return address and a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) label. Download, print, and affix this label to your return package.

Address the Package: Write the "Return Order ID" we provide on the first address line.

Ship the Item: Take your package to your chosen postal facility. We recommend using a carrier with tracking. You are responsible for the shipment until it reaches us, so insuring the package is advised.

Quality Check: Refunds and exchanges will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
If you still have the original packaging:

Contact Us: Email us at hello@flatwhyte.com or use our contact form with your return request and include your order number.

Receive Instructions: We will provide you with an RMA label to download, print, and affix to your return package.
